Overview: Set on a beautiful private island, the award-winning Sarasota Island House will provide an island vacation experience like no other. Accessibility: Boat access only. Discounted local boat rentals are available from Cannons Marina on Longboat Key or Bradenton Beach Marina, or guests can bring their own boat.

Main House: The house opens on both the east and west sides with 24 feet of pocketing sliding doors opening onto large screened decks for lounging and dining.
Sleeping Arrangements: The main floor Master bedroom deck has an outdoor claw-foot tub with hot and cold water and a private bath with a large shower. Upstairs, one 2-room bedroom suite sleeps up to 5, and the other sleeps 3. Both have private baths. All bedrooms open onto decks overlooking the azure water and daily sunsets. Bed totals: 4 queen custom-made beds with one capable of being separated into two twins, plus 4 X-long twins. All linens and towels are provided.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and KitchenAid appliances, as well as a KitchenAid food processor, Vita-mix blender, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and foamer. The kitchen also features a sound system with iPad/iPhone docking and high-speed WiFi.

Water Activities: Use of 4 stand-up paddleboards, 2 double-person kayaks, 2 children's kayaks, and a canoe. A variety of beach toys, rafts, and floats are available.
