The cottage is off the grid but completely self sufficient with solar, wind mill, generator and new (2015) battery bank of 2000 KWH, propane washer and dryer, outdoor wood heat box with glycol etc. There is a guest cabin on the connected second island with its own solar system with battery pack and 3 beds pull out futons. A walkway connects both islands, 3 slip boat dock and a float plane dock, 3 storage buildings, sauna, exercise building and wood shed.
The island has beautiful pine trees and a gorgeous west view. There is great fishing and with all the luxury, this Island is a fisherman' and pilot’s dream.
