This private island is located adjacent to the Jedediah Marine Park and South Texada Provincial Park.

At the south entrance to Sabine Channel there is a unique archipelago of islands that include only 3 private islands and the remaing 8 are provincial parks.

Whales, dolphins, sea lions, seals, river otters and mink make this place their home.

Its rocky shoreline has kept it from development since the last Ice Age.

The flora is a natural rock garden of rare and endangered plants and trees.

There is low bank access on the east side and a protected dock location on the east side.

You may build a general permission dock without a permit.

Solar and wind exposer is excellent.

If you are a good hiker you can easily climb to the building site or to reach the top a staircase and/or small tram would be needed.

Once on top there is a beautiful private forest and a sunny building site with a view all the way to Mount Baker in Washington State on a clear day.
