Marina Island offers stunning views from the top of the island and close proximity to the Busuanga airport. It is centrally located just a half hour boat ride to main tourist attractions such as the CYC beach, Siete Pecados, Twin Lagoon, Maquinit Hot Springs, and at least two Japanese shipwrecks for diving adventures.

The island is surrounded by mangroves and enclosed in a semi-cove, making the island more protected during harsh weather. You can snorkel a lot around the island and fish for your own food. It is also less than 300 metres away from nearby island that has fresh spring water which make it potentially possible to develop and connect to. The current owners have take care of the island from 2010 and have been planting every year so it is a lot greener than it looks now.
